About our classes

Please Note: All students must complete 12 Pilates Reformer Lvl 1 classes before they can take Pilates All Lvls or Pilates Cardio Method. All students must complete 12 Pilates All Lvls classes before they can take Pilates Lvl 2 or Athletic Reformer. All students must complete 12 Cardio Method classes before they can take Cardio HIIT. 

 

Our classes are designed to incorporate different aspects of the 8 Limbs of True Fitness philosophy. See the class descriptions below to see which limbs are included so that you can achieve your fitness goals.
